Training Courses

Our courses are mainly designed to assist pilots who are going to screening in an airline or pilots who are looking to build up their confidence due to not flying for a while or switching from Boeing to Airbus. We also provide bespoke Full-Flight Simulator training courses tailored to your individual requirements, this could include practicing a particular manoeuvre, taking off or landing the passenger aircraft.

Each package includes a 4 hour session in a FFS approved for training simulator. Throughout the training session one instructor will be present who can also assist in the capacity of a PNF. However for the best optimal training solution we recommend two pilots and instructor. Included with the training session is a thorough fully comprehensive briefing and debriefing. If required we can supply an extra pilot to be a PNF for an additional £400 fee.

This package will both prepare you and build confidence for a screening. It can be tailored to any specific screening. Training duration 4 hours provided in 1 single session.

The package includes:

• LOFT session with SID, STAR and Approach and simple failure.
• Air work: Steep turns, approach to stall etc.
• Manoeuvre part: Eng failure with SE g/a.
• Non precision approach with full stop ldg.

This package is intended to give you an insight of what a job in a big airline is about. If you stand on a crossway after you finish your PPL this can help with your decision. Training duration 4 hours provided in 1 single session.

The package includes:

• Introduction to flying big jets.
• TKOF from a destination of your choice.
• Familiarisation with level flight, speed change, configure the aircraft etc.
• STAR and ILS app with autopilot, full stop ldg.
• New TKOF with vectors for new ILS app.

If it is a long time since you last flew or if you want a brush up before starting in a new company or new type this is the package for you. Training duration 4 hours provided in 1 single session.

The package includes:

• Normal TKOF and SID.
• Familiarisation with hand flying. Speed changes.
• Air work: Steep turns, approach to stall in different configurations etc.
• Manoeuvre part with eng failures, SE G/A, non precision approaches both with and without autopilot.

This package is flexible. If you have difficulties with e.g. crosswind landings and SE G/A we can build up a sim session around those subjects. Training duration 4 hours provided in 1 single session.
